Fortune Entrepreneur connects business knowledge with practical decisions. You will use your own idea or early venture as the focus of the learning, building evidence and useful working documents as you go.

1 | Your purpose and starting point | A clear venture idea and personal learning goals |
2 | Customer discovery | Questions and evidence from customer conversations |
3 | Market and positioning | A customer segment and comparison of alternatives |
4 | Your offer and business model | A defined product or service and business assumptions |
5 | Pricing and costs | A price test and a view of contribution |
6 | Cash flow and records | A thirteen week cash plan and simple records |
7 | Marketing and responsible selling | A focused customer acquisition experiment |
8 | Operations and delivery | A practical delivery process and service standard |
9 | Digital tools and responsible AI | A useful workflow with appropriate checks |

You will learn to ask better questions, test your assumptions and explain your decisions. A useful outcome may be a stronger offer, an early customer, a revised business model or a well-supported decision to change direction.
Business progress is not always a straight line. The programme values honest learning and practical judgement.
The planned format combines an online workshop, a small-group or country clinic, independent work on your venture and regular mentor conversations. The expected commitment is approximately six to eight hours each week during the core programme.
Catch-up materials and appropriate access arrangements will be explained before you accept a place. Live session times, the learning language and country-specific arrangements will be published with each intake.
Mentor conversations give you space to review evidence, discuss a challenge and agree a useful next action. Mentors offer experience and constructive questions. You remain responsible for your business decisions.
Approved hosts share examples of how businesses approach customers, operations and commercial decisions. Sessions are designed for learning and reflection. You are not required to carry out unpaid commercial work for a host or an NCDF company.
The planned completion standard includes engagement with at least nine modules or equivalent catch-up work, six core pieces of venture work and a final review. Reasonable access and catch-up arrangements will be explained to participants.
A certificate of completion records your programme learning and assessment. It is not presented as a regulated or accredited qualification. Forming a company, accepting a commercial project or taking a job is not a condition of completion.
Follow-up support within the confirmed delivery period will help you review progress and take the next step. The full schedule and support period will be stated in your offer.
