Fortune Entrepreneur is managed by NCDF Group. You can contact us about personal information at info@ncdfgroup.com.
We collect the contact details and answers you submit when registering interest, applying, offering to mentor, discussing a partnership or contacting the programme. We also keep relevant communication, assessment and administrative records. Where necessary for the selected stage, we may request further information and explain why it is needed.
Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential information about other people in general form answers. If you request access support, we will explain how to discuss any necessary details through an appropriate channel.
We use information to manage programme interest, review applications, arrange delivery and support, assess mentoring and partnership enquiries, respond to messages and maintain appropriate programme records. We send wider Foundation news only where you have chosen to receive it.
Access is limited to authorised people who need it for the relevant task. This may include the programme team, appointed assessors and approved service providers. Delivery partners receive only the information required for their agreed responsibilities. Mentor access is limited to information needed for an approved match.
Programme activities and approved service providers may involve more than one country.
We review records against these periods and securely delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed, subject to any applicable recordkeeping duty or unresolved matter.
You can unsubscribe from programme updates or wider Foundation news using the preference link in those emails. Where consent is used, you may withdraw it without affecting processing that took place lawfully before withdrawal. Unsubscribing from optional news does not affect an application.
Required application fields are needed to assess your application. If you leave them incomplete, we may be unable to consider it. Optional fields are identified on the form.
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or obtain a copy of your information, and to object to certain uses.
Programme admission decisions are made through human review. We do not use solely automated decision-making to admit or reject applicants. Technical validation and spam controls help operate the forms; they do not replace assessment.
We request separate permission before publishing your name, image, story or identifiable venture information for programme publicity. Declining publicity does not affect admission or learning access.
